Health Central’s ChalkTalks panel discussion on Wellbeing in the Workplace will feature another excellent panellist.
Urlich is General Manager, Strategy and Performance at WorkSafe, a position she has held since January 2018.
She leads the System Strategies, Performance Systems, Research and Evaluation, Relationship Management, Maruiti, Engagement and Implementation, and Marketing and Communications functions.
Urlich was previously a member of PHARMAC’s Senior Leadership Team for eight years, where her responsibilities included management of stakeholder engagement, Government and sector relations, policy leadership, Māori and Pacific peoples’ responsiveness, communications and implementation programmes, as well as its response to the Trans Pacific Partnership Agreement.
Urlich’s previous roles include senior leadership positions at the NZ Lotteries Commission and Victoria University of Wellington. She has run her own business and directed the Buy Kiwi Made media campaign. She holds a Master of Public Policy with Distinction and won the Prime Minister’s Prize in Public Policy.
