RVA conference attendees are getting ready to tee off at the annual RVA golf tournament, sponsored by Programmed Property Services.
Played in fond memory of the late Grant Adamson, the winners will take home the coveted Grant Adamson Memorial Trophy.
“It’s not too late to enter,” says the RVA’s Ed Thomas. “It’s always a jolly good day.”
So far 36 people have signed up for the tournament on Tuesday 13 June and there is room for more to enter, says Thomas.
This year the tournament will be held at Long Reef Golf Club, a coastal links course that, according to the Daily Telegraph offers “stunning views all the way to the Central Coast to the north and Manly to the south”.
The cost is $180 per person, which includes coach transport to and from The Sheraton on the Park, golf cart hire, course green fees, refreshments and lunch. Play will commence at 10am with a two tee start in an Ambrose format. Prize-giving will take place in the early afternoon, and coaches will return to the hotel mid-afternoon in time for the Opening Cocktail Party.
And if golf isn’t your thing there is always the culinary tour of Sydney’s bustling Chinatown on offer.
